Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
- "ke7," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ke7 online gaming platform operating at ke7.bio and all associated services, products, and sub-platforms including but not limited to ke7 Casino, ke7 Sportsbook, W Live, and all affiliated betting and gaming products.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with ke7, accesses the ke7 platform, or uses any ke7 service in any capacity.
- "Account" means the personal account created and maintained by a Player on the ke7 platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password, through which the Player accesses ke7 services.
- "Platform" means the ke7 website, mobile web application, and all digital interfaces through which ke7 services are delivered to Players.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sports event, casino game, live dealer game, slot, or any other betting market available on the ke7 Platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account pursuant to a ke7 promotion.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which ke7 player accounts are denominated.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to CNIC verification and mobile number authentication, required under ke7's anti-money laundering compliance framework.
- "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, rules, codes, and ordinances applicable to the operation of ke7 and the Player's use of ke7 services under the governing international gaming licence framework.
Headings in these Terms and Conditions are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ke7 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by:
- These Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
- The ke7 Privacy Policy, as published and updated from time to time at ke7.bio/privacy-policy;
- The ke7 Responsible Gaming Policy, as published at ke7.bio/responsible-gaming;
- Any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the ke7 Platform;
- Any bonus or promotion-specific terms communicated to you at the time of the offer.
Important: If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ke7 Platform and close your account. Continued use of ke7 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ke7 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the registered mobile number or email address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
Access to and use of ke7 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the ke7 Platform. ke7 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from wagers placed during the period of underage use may be withheld pending review.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions
By registering an account with ke7, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of ke7 complies with all laws applicable to you. ke7 does not accept registrations from residents of certain restricted jurisdictions — Players are responsible for verifying their eligibility prior to registering.
3.3 Account Registration Requirements
To register a ke7 account, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age;
- Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number for SMS OTP verification;
- Submit a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) for KYC verification;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during registration;
- Create a secure and unique password that is not used on any other platform;
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each Player is permitted to hold only one ke7 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of third parties — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities. ke7 employs technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent multi-accounting.
3.5 KYC Verification
ke7 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. All accounts must complete CNIC-based KYC verification before withdrawal of any funds. ke7 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ke7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received in connection with your account. You must:
- Keep your password confidential at all times and not share it with any third party;
- Ensure that you log out of your ke7 account after each session on shared or public devices;
- Notify ke7 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account;
- Not permit any other person to use your ke7 account, regardless of whether you are present;
- Maintain the security of the mobile device and telephone number registered to your account.
ke7 staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ke7 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. ke7 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Security Tip: Enable OTP two-factor authentication on your ke7 account via account settings. This provides an additional layer of security requiring both your password and a time-sensitive SMS code for login on new devices.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
ke7 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani Players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may change at ke7's discretion without advance notice.
5.2 Currency
All ke7 Player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ke7 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. All deposit and withdrawal amounts displayed on the ke7 Platform are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.3 Minimum Transaction Limits
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the ke7 cashier page at the time of transaction. ke7 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time. Deposits below the minimum threshold will be returned.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two to four business hours subject to banking partner processing times. ke7 targets withdrawal approval within 24 hours of request submission, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirement fulfilment.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Completion of KYC verification to the level required by ke7's AML policy;

Bonuses and Promotions
ke7 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. The following general terms apply to all ke7 promotions:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
- Bonus Funds credited to an account do not constitute real money and cannot be withdrawn unless and until all applicable wagering conditions are met.
- ke7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, amend bonus terms, or cancel a promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to real money outside of the permitted withdrawal process.
- Evidence of promotional abuse — including but not limited to bonus exploitation strategies, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may lead to permanent account closure.
- VIP programme tier benefits are awarded at ke7's discretion and are not guaranteed. ke7 reserves the right to modify or discontinue VIP tiers and associated benefits.
Wagering Requirement Note: Always review the specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each individual bonus before opting in. Specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.
Betting and Casino Rules
7.1 General Wagering Rules
All bets placed on ke7 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player after the wager has been accepted by the ke7 system, except where specific "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" functionality is offered and the relevant conditions of that feature are met.
7.2 Sports Betting
ke7's sportsbook offers markets on cricket — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20I — as well as football, American football, basketball, UFC, and other sports. The following apply to sports bets:
- ke7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by irregularities, corruption, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the market;
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with ke7's sport-specific rules for each relevant sport;
- Maximum stake limits apply per market and may be adjusted without notice;
- ke7 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion;
- Live betting markets offered during in-play events may be suspended or repriced at any time.
7.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games
Casino games on ke7 — including slots, table games, and live dealer products — operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live studio systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-run expected return and is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. ke7 makes no representation that any Player will win any particular amount in any session.
7.4 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or system failure that affects the outcome of any wager, ke7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. ke7's determination in respect of technical malfunctions is final. ke7 will not honour bets placed or winnings arising from clearly erroneous odds, prices, or game states arising from a system error.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ke7 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:
- Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
- Registering or operating more than one ke7 account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any time;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without ke7's explicit written permission;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any ke7 game or system to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
- Colluding with other Players in any casino game, poker room, or sports betting market;
- Charging back deposits made to ke7 through any payment provider;
- Using another person's payment method, bank account, or financial credentials to fund a ke7 account;
- Attempting to circumvent ke7's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion mechanisms;
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any ke7 intellectual property without written authorisation.
Enforcement: ke7 reserves the right to take all legally available remedies against Players who engage in prohibited activities, including reporting to law enforcement authorities, civil legal proceedings, and sharing information with other gaming operators for fraud prevention purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ke7 Platform — including but not limited to the ke7 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ke7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the ke7 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or commercially exploit any ke7 content without ke7's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ke7 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
Privacy and Data Protection
ke7's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the ke7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ke7.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account with ke7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ke7 processes Player data for the following primary purposes:
- Account registration, verification, and maintenance;
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and wagering transactions;
- Fulfilling KYC and AML compliance obligations;
- Delivering customer support services;
- Administering promotions and VIP programme benefits;
- Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited activities;
- Complying with regulatory and legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- ke7 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
- ke7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times;
- ke7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ke7 Platform;
- ke7's total liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant event;
- ke7 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform, including losses arising from wagers placed during periods of technical malfunction or internet connectivity issues;
- ke7 is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game developers, or content suppliers whose services are integrated into the Platform.
Suspension and Termination
13.1 Termination by ke7
ke7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
- Suspicious activity triggering AML, fraud, or compliance concerns;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
- Receipt of a Player's own self-exclusion request;
- Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
13.2 Termination by Player
You may close your ke7 account at any time by contacting ke7 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all identity verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions.
13.3 Inactive Accounts
ke7 accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with ke7's dormancy policy. Players will be notified before dormancy fees commence.
Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ke7, you should first contact ke7 customer support via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. ke7 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and promptly. The ke7 support team will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.
14.2 Formal Complaints

14.3 Sports Bet Settlement
In respect of disputes relating specifically to sports bet settlement, ke7's determination — having regard to available match data, official sporting body results, and ke7's published sports-specific rules — is final and binding. Results published by the relevant sporting authority are conclusive for bet settlement purposes.
14.4 Casino Game Disputes
In the event of a dispute relating to a casino game outcome, ke7 will review the relevant game server logs, which are the definitive record of game outcomes. The game server log shall prevail over all other evidence in all casino game disputes.
Amendments to These Terms
ke7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number or by prominent notification on the ke7 Platform at login. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the update notice.
Your continued use of the ke7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ke7 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2. ke7 will maintain a record of previous Terms versions which can be made available on request.
Governing Law
